Rallying behind Rachel Platten's breakthrough Fight Song, the littlest patients at the Bay Area's Children's Miracle Network Hospital show how they have an awful lot of fight left in them!

 

Shout out to the Oakland Raiders, Justin Tuck, Taiwan Jones and Lamar Woodley for volunteering their time and being a part of these kids' fight for survival!
